Mark Fontanilla is the founder of Mark Fontanilla & Co., LLC, a strategic consulting firm that specializes in market strategies, advanced research and analysis, and index design and administration. With over 20 years of experience in the bond markets, mortgage finance, and fixed income research, Mark has achieved a uniquely thorough acumen in capital markets and investment analysis. Before founding MF&Co, he was a senior fixed income marketing strategist at Fannie Mae, including specific work with their primary credit risk transfer (CRT) program, Connecticut Avenue Securities™ (CAS). Prior to that, he had been a publishing research analyst in residential mortgage securities at Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as well as an RMBS/ABS trader at Royal Bank of Canada, and the Director of Risk and Portfolio Management at Champion Mortgage. Mark has a B.S. and M.B.A in finance from Penn State University.

Angélique Pieterse

Angélique Pieterse works as Senior Director at PGGM Investments, in the Credit & Insurance Linked Investments (CILI) team and within that focusses on Credit Risk Sharing transactions. The CILI team manages a dedicated mandate, currently around €5,3 billion in size, which invests in tailor-made bilateral risk sharing transactions with financial institutions. Angélique joined PGGM in June 2007, after having worked at ABN AMRO Bank for twelve years, initially in wholesale lending with a focus on trade finance and as of 1999 in Capital Markets Fixed Income, specializing in credit bond and structured product sales to institutional clients. PGGM is a leading pension fund administrator with origins in the care and welfare sector. PGGM provides pension management, integrated asset management, management support and policy advice for pension funds and manages around € 246 billion (June 2020) of pension assets.
Angélique holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Mark David is a Managing Director of GreensLedge. Prior to joining GreensLedge, he was associated with Natixis Capital Markets for five years, most recently as a Director in the US Structured Credit and Conduits Group. Mark’s primary focus is the origination, placement and structuring of Middle Market CLOs in addition to other structured loan facilities. From 2004 to 2006 Mark was with the North American Credit Structuring group at CIBC World Markets, focusing on the structuring of market value CDOs. Prior to attending business school, Mark spent five years in a variety of positions within the Derivatives and Fixed Income group at Citigroup. Mark has an MBA and a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. Series 7, 63, and 79 licensed.

Jessica is a Principal in the Capital Markets team for Churchill Asset Management where she is responsible for middle market club transactions, syndication and lender relationship management. Prior to joining Churchill, Jessica was a Director on the Capital Markets team for Twin Brook Capital Partners, the middle market direct lending subsidiary of Angelo, Gordon & Co. While at Twin Brook, she structured, underwrote, and syndicated senior debt and unitranche credit facilities for middle-market private equity sponsors. Prior to that, she held various roles at BMO Harris Bank, Antares Capital and GE Capital.
Jessica earned a B.S. in finance and accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received an M.B.A. in finance and economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
